It was 63 degrees this morning, sunny, with a wind at 8 mph…beautiful weather here in south central Kansas, for the last day of June. We thought we would take advantage of it and have breakfast outside this morning. We enjoyed homemade coffee cake and strawberries with cream. One of the boys noticed how the strawberries held the cream in the indentations (pictured above). It was a wonderful start to the Lord’s Day!

Nikki- I just wanted to say that I miss you and Jim. You have been and always will be a true example of what a Christian looks like to me. I hear the joy in your writing. I have always looked up to you and I respect you as a Christian first, wife, mom and mentor. You and Jim make it look easy. Thank you for your posts. I hope to find the love and joy you have someday.

Sounds like a plan. We will definitely stop by. So many beautiful babies to meet. We can’t wait for you to meet our little one. He turned two this year. Time flies.
