Next time you are using sour cream for a topping on a meal, try adding some milk and seasoning to it. The thinner consistency makes it go farther and it is easier to dollop on your favorite dish.
1- 16 oz. sour cream
1/4c. milk (more or less depending on your desired consistency)
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Stir together and serve
